5. What's the difference between applique and embroidery?

With embroidery the design is stitched to the product with coloured thread. Applique is fabric pieces that are layered on a foundation fabric, then stitched in place with the raw edges covered with decorative stitching.

6. What's the difference between a bar/kitchen towel and a hand towel?

Both towels are 100% cotton
Bar/Kitchen towel is lighter weight and smaller 16'x 19" and are the perfect size and weight for wiping up
Hand towels are heaver weight and measure approx 16" x 30". Most people use them in the bathroom for hand drying or display.

7. What are wine coasters VS plain coasters?

Wine coasters are reversible coasters where one side fits around the base of any stemmed glass, like a wine glass, with a diameter of 3 1/8" or less
Plain coasters are reversible but without the wine glass feature.

8. How is embroidery priced?

Larger more complex designs are priced at $1.00 per 1000 stitches rounded down to the nearest 1000 plus $1.00 for each colour change. Therefore, a design with 17,649 stitches and 5 colours would be 17.00 plus $4.00 total (for each additional colour used)
Smaller designs are priced at a flat rate
